Welcome to Wild Dook Sauna. We want you to have an amazing sauna experience, so please read through our simple terms before booking.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made in advance via our website.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If You Need to Cancel

More than 48 hours before: full refund or chance to reschedule
Less than 24 hours before: no refund
No-shows: no refund or reschedule

If We Need to Cancel

In rare cases (extreme weather, technical issues), we’ll offer a full refund or chance to reschedule.

3. Using the sauna safely

Sauna use is at your own risk.
You must be 16+ to use the sauna in a community session.
Children aged 12+ are permitted to use the sauna with adult supervision in private hire sessions only.
Do not enter if you have medical conditions affected by heat (e.g., heart issues, high blood pressure, pregnancy) unless approved by your doctor. If unsure, consult your doctor before attending.
No alcohol, smoking, or drug use will be tolerated in or around the sauna.
If you feel dizzy or unwell, leave the sauna immediately.
Cold water immersion is at your own risk, and Wild Dook Sauna is not responsible for any injury caused by sauna use or cold water immersion.

4. Our Liability

We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or lost/damaged personal items. By booking, you accept the risks and waive any claims against Wild Dook Sauna.

5. Private Hire & Events

Private bookings require a 20% deposit upfront, with the balance due 5 before the event.
Any damage caused during private sessions will be charged to the person who booked.

6. Weather Policy

We operate in most weather conditions, but if extreme weather (storms, high winds, etc.) makes it unsafe, we may cancel and offer a full refund or reschedule.
